Delivery Timeframes:

• For locations outside the Hadera–Gedera region, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 additional days.
• For Kiryat Shmona and surrounding areas, delivery may be delayed by up to 10 additional days.
• Deliveries beyond the Green Line will incur an additional shipping fee of ₪149 and may be delayed by up to 14 additional business days.
• Deliveries to Eilat and Arava settlements will incur an additional shipping fee of ₪249 and may take up to 28 business days.

Stairs Delivery Fee:

For deliveries to buildings without an elevator, starting from the third floor and up, an additional ₪50 per floor will be charged, to be paid directly to the delivery personnel.

In-Store Pickup Orders:

After purchase, a customer service representative will contact you to coordinate pickup.

Important: Only the credit card holder who placed the order may present ID and collect the product from the store.

Gas Appliances:
