Founded in 2020. We built a store that works differently.
Kumizz was founded in 2020, during the COVID period. When we started looking for electronics online, the hard part wasn't choosing a model — it was knowing who to buy from. Too many "deals", too many unfamiliar brands, and zero answers about warranty, spare parts and after-sale service.
We built a store that works differently: we don't rush new products into the catalog. Before a product is added, we check the importer, the availability of spare parts in Israel and whether someone can actually help if something doesn't work as it should.
Customers who buy electric bikes, TV and massage recliners, televisions and home appliances from us know exactly who they're talking to, long after the order has been delivered.

How we filter products before they enter the catalog.
If one of the steps doesn't meet our standard, the product doesn't make it in. That's why you'll find fewer items here than at our competitors — and that's on purpose.

Before a brand enters the catalog, we verify who's responsible for service and warranty locally: where you turn if there's a problem and who handles it over time.

Batteries, motors, remotes, chargers, sensors. We check that the product can be maintained and repaired locally over time. If there's no one to service it, we don't carry it.

We review the spec sheet, customer feedback, importer data and the product's fit for use in Israel — instead of relying only on the manufacturer's catalog line.

Customer feedback
We read reviews, WhatsApp messages and inquiries through the site. When a product receives recurring negative feedback, we remove it from the catalog — even if it sells well.

- 01Brands without local service
If there's no one to provide local service and warranty for the product, we don't add it to the catalog — even at an attractive price. Electronics live long after the purchase, and it needs to be clear who to turn to later if service or parts are needed.
- 02Products without spare parts availability
If the product can't be maintained or repaired locally, we don't offer it. You shouldn't be left with a product whose "parts can't be sourced" later on.
- 03Goods without clear warranty documentation
We work only with products that arrive with an invoice and a warranty document you can read and point to. No "trust me" deals and no verbal agreements.
- 04Inflated specs
No empty promises about range, motor power or screen size. We try to present clear, realistic specs and avoid exaggerated marketing claims about range, power or performance.
