Questions we often get

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, up to 12 payments by credit card. You choose the number of payments on the payment page.

How much is delivery?

Home delivery of a recliner costs ₪149 per chair, anywhere in Israel, Eilat included at the same price. In a building without an elevator there is an extra ₪50 per floor, paid directly to the delivery crew. For other products the price is fixed by product type and shown on the product page and at checkout, before you pay.

Does the recliner arrive assembled?

The recliner comes in two parts: the seat and the backrest. To put it together, you slide the backrest onto the seat along its rails. No tools or technical know-how needed. If anything is unclear, we're available by phone.

Can I return a product?
