Delivery Timeframes:
- โข For locations outside the HaderaโGedera region, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 additional days.
- โข For Kiryat Shmona and surrounding areas, delivery may be delayed by up to 10 additional days.
- โข Deliveries beyond the Green Line will incur an additional shipping fee of โช149 and may be delayed by up to 14 additional business days.
- โข Deliveries to Eilat and Arava settlements will incur an additional shipping fee of โช249 and may take up to 28 business days.
Stairs Delivery Fee:
For deliveries to buildings without an elevator, starting from the third floor and up, an additional โช50 per floor will be charged, to be paid directly to the delivery personnel.
In-Store Pickup Orders:
After purchase, a customer service representative will contact you to coordinate pickup.
Important: Only the credit card holder who placed the order may present ID and collect the product from the store.
Gas Appliances:
By law, gas appliances must be installed by a certified technician. This service incurs an additional fee.
Electrical Appliances:
Some electrical appliances are legally required to be installed by a licensed electrician. This service also incurs an additional fee.
Manufacturer Warranty Conditions:
Some service providers require installation by an authorized technician and/or licensed electrician (at an additional cost) in order for the warranty to be valid.
